Where in the world would you like to live, if you had the chance?
Like many people here in the UK, Australia would be my ideal choice! I'm only 13 but I do eventually plan on relocating to a new place - after Uni/College that is! There's nothing to do here in Scotland, and we experience 4 seasons every day it seems. I think watching Home & Away may have brought this up. Every time I watch that it's like 'I wanna live there !'
So, would you guys ever think about leaving your home country?

I've thought about leaving the US - I've hard a lot of things about cheaper living and such in other countries. I don't think I'd actually do it, though. I don't think I'd want to be that far from family.
But, I have considered (and still am!) working for a year or two in another country. My ex's cousin is working in Thailand, and I guess because of the difference in currency and how much he'll be getting paid there, he's basically coming home a millionaire. I don't know the exact logistics of it, but that's something I'd love to do. I'd love to go to France or Italy and teach English. You don't even have to have a degree as a teacher, they accept anyone! I think it would be so much fun to live there for a while, but be able to return home, too.
If I ever get the chance to live in my dream home, it would have to be in my dream location - not a specific place, but a specific scenery - mountains, lakes, meadows, cliffs. And I doubt there's something as incredibly as what I imagine here in the US. I feel like I'd have to travel to Ireland or something to get that beautiful landscape.
So, is Australia the 'it' place to go for people that live in the UK? I never heard of that before lol. My mom always wanted to visit, but not to live in.
I feel like living in any 'minor-ish' country would be ideal. I always think of Canada, for example, even thought they're not that minor. But, no one hates Canada (at least as far as I know.) You don't see Canada going into war or being terrorized. I should just live there, that way, when the US gets nuked the f*** to hell, I'll be safe and sound in Canada, eh?! lmao

Canada seems like a really great place. How I wish that I got to travel more! Leaving family would be hard, yes. Every modern languages teacher in my school always talk about there life in France and Spain. Some of there stories are so unexpected XD (would you think that your French teacher ran away from a bar without paying, and got chased by a waiter with a knife!?)

Ahahhahaha oh my goodness that sounds hilarious!
Traveling like that is such an adventure. There's no way you can go and not experience something totally great like that. I'd love to have an adventure like that. Maybe someday...
